Chef Eyal Shani's restaurant in Tel Aviv, open three evenings a week, known for its open kitchen, its music and a menu rewritten every day

HaSalon is chef Eyal Shani's restaurant at 8 Ma'avar Yabok Street, which its site says he opened with his partner Shahar Segal and their company, The Better Guys. Its booking page says it opens three times a week, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, and is known for an open kitchen that gives guests a show alongside the food, with music and a carefree atmosphere. The menu is rewritten every day and the cooks serve the dishes they would choose for themselves: bruschettas, ravioli and pasta, seafood, raw fish and steaks, some of them from a wood-fired taboon. On the other days of the week it hosts private events of 50 to 150 guests, and its site lists sister restaurants named HaSalon in New York and Las Vegas.
