A Korean street food restaurant on Ahuzat Bayit Street, open every day of the week

JMT, short for Jon Mattaeng, is a Korean street food restaurant at 3 Ahuzat Bayit Street. Its site says it serves bold Korean soul food: spicy tteokbokki in gochujang sauce, bibimbap, kimbap, soups, rice and noodles, with Korean desserts by UWA beside them. It was started, the site says, to bring Israel a true Korean street kitchen that had no stage here before, by a founding team with more than 18 years in restaurants and Asian cooking in Israel. The printed menu opens with a short guide to the sauces and pastes of the Korean kitchen, from gochujang to ssamjang. It is open from Sunday to Saturday, 11:30 to 23:30.
