LOFT is the restaurant and bar of Brown's The George hotel at 5 Israel Tal Street in Tel Aviv, looking out over the city, bright and relaxed in the morning and lively in the evening. By Brown's account its kitchen pairs current Israeli dishes with timeless classics in a Mediterranean style built on local produce, and its bar pours wines from Israel and abroad, cocktails of its own and fine spirits. It serves a buffet breakfast, and lunch and dinner from an à la carte menu: lunch Sunday to Thursday from 12:45 to 17:00, dinner Monday to Wednesday from 18:00 to 23:00 and on Thursday until midnight, and on Friday a traditional Friday dinner served at the table from 18:30.
