M25 grew out of the Meatmarket butchery, which its site says has sold fresh Israeli beef and lamb, from animals born and raised on Israeli farms, in the meat lane of Tel Aviv's Carmel Market since 2013; the restaurant opened 25 metres from it in 2015. Its site says chefs Yaron Kestenbaum and Yehonatan Borowitz built its cooking on simple food and the whole of the animal, nose to tail. The Carmel Market restaurant at 30 Simtat HaCarmel serves a green salad, a butcher's salad and beef carpaccio, arayes, market kebab, chicken thigh and schnitzel, burgers and an asado sandwich, with entrecôte, lamb chops and skewers sold by the 100 grams and specials that change daily. It opens Monday to Thursday from 12:00 to 23:00, on Friday from 11:00 to 16:00 and again from 18:00 to 22:00, and on Saturday from 12:00 to 22:00. Its page lists an accessible entrance, accessible toilets, accessible furniture and an induction loop, with disabled parking nearby.
