Sicilia is an Italian chef's restaurant in Hangar 101 at the Jaffa Port, set against the harbour, its boats and the sunsets; its booking page says it comes from the house of The Old Man and the Sea, the Jaffa restaurant. According to its site, the room is rustic and modern, with wood and green stone tiles, a terrace facing the sea, and an open kitchen around a large central taboon oven for breads, pizzas and other dishes. The menu adds pastas, risottos, fish and seafood from the sea and grilled meats, with cocktails, and the kitchen leans on Sicilian cooking.
