Stolero is a modern Israeli restaurant on the promenade beside the Gordon Pool, in a central but quiet corner of the Tel Aviv beach looking out on the marina and the sea. Its owners, Amor Kanzepolsky and Roni Mizrahi, were among the first of Israel's surfing community and owned the well-known Banana Beach, and they named the place after the Stoler family, who built and planned the Gordon Pool. The kitchen is run by chef Shauli Ezra, a graduate of Tadmor and of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, who trained in Italian and French cooking and also studied cooking in Thailand. A breakfast menu is served from Monday to Saturday until 12:30, and a private room, the Stoler Room, takes small celebrations.
