Balansis Pilates is a Pilates studio at 9 Ashtori HaFarhi Street in the Bazel compound, owned by Adi Hefetz Tzruya, who has run it since January 2011, and Shani Hefetz Fish. Its method is personalised Pilates: everyone who joins starts with one or two private orientation sessions, after which a training card with a personal programme is opened, and progress is followed from lesson to lesson. Group lessons are held in small groups of up to five trainees per instructor, each working to their own programme, beside private and duet lessons. The studio also trains mat and reformer Pilates instructors and offers shiatsu, osteopathy and holistic massage treatments. It is open from 07:00 to 21:00 from Sunday to Thursday and 07:00 to 13:00 on Friday.
