Studio Ten is a training studio at 10 Herbert Samuel Street, on the Tel Aviv promenade a few steps from the beach. Its method is built around the TenFormer, a larger, spring-loaded version of the Pilates reformer, for slow, controlled, low-impact work under constant tension, with mat Pilates, yoga and barre alongside it. It has two rooms: The Grid, with 13 TenFormer machines, and The Boiler Room, a heated studio for mat work, barre and yoga with 12 places a class, and classes last 50 minutes. Towels, mats and equipment are provided, grip socks are required on the TenFormer, and classes are booked through its app.
