Galia's Couscous began in Galia's home kitchen, where for years she cooked traditional food for the people around her, and its site says many in Tel Mond and around it grew up on her cooking. A few years ago her son Aviv, until then a chef in Tel Aviv, came back to cook with her, and the family opened a permanent place at 56 HaDekel Street that cooks fresh every day. The flagship is Tripolitan couscous with Moroccan vegetable soup or tbecha stew, beside mafroum, stuffed peppers, kubbeh, schnitzels, Moroccan fish and grilled salmon, and a vegan menu with hamin, stuffed peppers with rice and lentils and bulgur kubbeh. It takes orders for delivery and pickup, and it is on the Tel Mond religious council's kosher list as a meat restaurant.
