The Pagoda is an airy pavilion that reaches out over the water at the Lido on Gdud Barak Road, roofed with porcelain tiles and facing the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights. It serves Chinese and Thai food from an open kitchen, where diners can watch the Thai cooking, beside a Japanese sushi bar built to look like a street food booth of a hundred years ago. It is one of the Lido's restaurants, run by Lido Kinneret beside Decks and its fleet of boats on the lake. Its kitchen is kosher under the supervision of the Tiberias rabbinate, so it closes for Shabbat and opens again on Saturday night.
