The menu there opens with hummus plates, tabbouleh and fattoush, and goes on to home dishes such as fried kubbeh, malfouf (stuffed cabbage leaves), vine leaves and shishbarak, meat dumplings in warm yogurt. From the grill come kebab, lamb chops and veal fillet skewers, and the fish include small St Peter's fish from the Sea of Galilee, sea bream, sea bass and red mullet, beside shrimp, calamari, mussels and blue crab.
