Naot Farm was set up in October 2003 on Road 40 in Ramat Negev, on the way to Sde Boker, by Leah and Gadi Nachimov, who started out in a tent with fifty young goats and no water or electricity; the dairy opened in July 2004 and the first two guest cabins less than a year later. Its cheeses are made by hand without preservatives from whole natural goat's milk, after training at the Har HaRuach dairy and study trips to cheesemaking schools in France, Spain and Italy, and they are sold with wines, beers and other local produce in the farm shop. Guests stay in five cabins, three for couples and two for families, in Havruta for a family or group, or in Tzavta, a hostel of sleeping tubes for adults, and the cabins' price includes breakfast. HaKaron, its bistro in a restored train carriage, is open seven days a week with a cheese platter and a changing daily menu, and hosts shows and talks. It is a working farm, so dogs cannot come in.

Sleeping tubes for guests aged 18 to 80, from one night; an upper tube is 590 shekels midweek and 640 at weekends. Breakfast is extra: 75 shekels by the price list, 60 by its questions page.
