An Italian-Mediterranean bistro in the renovated old bakery of moshav Tzur Moshe, with a museum room on the moshav's history inside.
Kofinas stands on the ruins of the moshav's old bakery, renovated so that it keeps its original character, and its site calls it an Italian-Mediterranean bistro. The menu runs to pastas, hand-made pizzas baked in a taboon, fish and meat, made from local produce: vegetables from the Sharon's fields and cheeses from a boutique farm nearby. A museum room inside the restaurant tells the story of how Tzur Moshe was settled, with original objects, residents' writings and old photographs. It opens every day from 12:30 to 22:15, Saturday included, and its page on the council's tourism site says it takes private and business events of up to 85 guests.
