Ajawed is the restaurant of Al Bawadi farm, a therapeutic horse farm among olive groves on a hill in Zemer that gives riding lessons to all ages, by its own website. Its kitchen specialises in zarb, chicken and other meats cooked in a pit in the earth with spiced rice, and also serves meats and root vegetables from the taboon, fresh hummus and labneh, and in the morning spicy shakshuka with homemade bread and vegetable omelettes with halloumi. The farm makes its own ice cream, sweets and pastries, and the site gives the restaurant's hours as 12:00 to 23:00 every day of the week. A 2023 feature on the restaurant site Rest said the restaurant opened in 2015 and that the compound also holds a café and an events hall.
