1.בעלי הדין קיבלו את ההצעה דלקמן:

א. המשיבים ידאגו לבצע בהקדם רצועת גינון ברוחב של 2.75 מ' לאורך חלקתם של המערערים, למעט בכניסה לבית. כמובן שהתחייבות זו מותנית בכך שהמערערים לא יסכלו את ביצוען של העבודות להקמת רצועת הגינון.

ב. הערעור יימחק.

2.רשמנו לפנינו את שהוסכם ובהתאם לכך נמחק הערעור. אין צו להוצאות.
