פסק-דין

לאחר שעיינו בהודעותיהם של בעלי הדין מיום 13.5.2014 ומיום 27.5.2014, ובהתאם למוסכם ביניהם, אנו קובעים כדלקמן:

1.ניתן בזאת תוקף של פסק-דין להסכמות אליהן הגיעו בעלי הדין, כמפורט בהודעותיהם מיום 13.5.2014 ומיום 27.5.2014, המצורפות לפסק-הדין ומסומנות בהתאמה "א" ו-" ב". זאת, בלא לדון בערעור לגופו.

2.בהתאם למוסכם מבוטל בזאת פסק-דינו של בית המשפט המחוזי בנצרת מיום 24.2.2014 בפש"ר 29730-02-13.

3.צו הכינוס שניתן בעניינו של המערער ישוב על כנו. הכל, כאמור בהודעת בעלי הדין מיום 13.5.2014, ובהתאם להסכמות שננקבו שם.

4.אין צו להוצאות בערעור.
