פסק-דין

בהמשך לישיבת קדם המשפט מיום 25.1.2011 הצדדים הסמיכו את בית המשפט לפסוק על דרך הפשרה בטווח הסכומים שבין 350,000 – 200,000 ₪ "נטו".

לאחר שחזרתי ובחנתי טיעוני הצדדים אני מחייב את המשיבה לשלם למערערת סכום נוסף של 300,000 ₪ (שלוש מאות אלף) נכון ליום פסק דין זה, בצירוף שכ"ט עו"ד בשיעור 20% בצירוף מע"מ.
