1.אני נותן להסכם הפשרה המסומן "א" תוקף של פסק דין.

2.יש לשבח את הצדדים על שהשכילו להגיע לפשרה. מהסכם הפשרה נמצאתי למד כי נפקד מקומו של עו"ד נמרוד לוי, המערער בע"א 6908/12, כך שהדיון בערעורו יימשך.

3.כאמור בסעיף 4.3 להסכם, אני מורה על העברת מלוא הערבון המופקד ב קופת בית המשפט (בסך של כ-150,000 ₪) לחשבון המשיב 2 מספר ח-ן 523665 בנק המזרחי (20) סניף 421 ע"ש עו"ד רוזנברג פק' טפחות".
