פסק-דין

בהמשך להחלטה מיום 14.2.13 ולהצעת בית המשפט הנזכרת בה: בהסכמה בין הצדדים, תחויב המדינה בתשלום 500,000 ₪ בתוספת מע"מ. הסכום ישולם בתוך 30 יום מהיום וישא לאחר מכן הפרשי הצמדה וריבית כדין מיום פסק הדין עד לתשלום. בכך יסולקו סופית טענות הצדדים. הסכום יועבר למערערות 2-1 (ספידוול יזמות ותל-אור ניהול נכסים), יחד ולחוד, וכך גם לגבי הזכות לקבלת הסכומים בהם חויבה המדינה לפי פסק הדין קמא, הכל בעקבות ההחלטה מ-14.2.13. פסק דין זה יבוא חלף פסק הדין קמא, אך סכומי החיוב על פי פסק הדין קמא יעמדו בעינם. בכפוף לכל אלה נמחקים שני הערעורים.
