אין ממש בערעור זה. צדק כבוד הרשם בדחותו את בקשתו של המערער לפטור מאגרה לעניין ערעור פסלות שהגיש. ערעור הפסלות אינו מגלה עילה. לפיכך, אין מקום ליתן פטור מאגרה.

הערעור נדחה בלא שהמשיבים נדרשים להשיב. היה והאגרה לא תשולם תוך עשרה ימים מהמצאת פסק דין זה יימחק ההליך ללא התראה נוספת.
