פסק-דין

1.לאחר ששמענו את הצדדים, ובהמלצת בית המשפט, הסכימו המשיבים לקבל המלצתנו לבצע השלמת חקירה.

2.השלמת החקירה תתמקד בעיקר בטענה להימצאות כוח נוסף, שלא על גבעת האנטנה, בעת פציעתו הקשה של טריסטן אנדרסון.

3.בהקשר זה, תיבדק הטענה כי מסרטי הצילום ניתן להיווכח כי נורו רימוני גז או תחמושת אחרת, אשר על פי הטענה – הטעונה בירור אף היא – טווח הירי שלהם עומד על 120- 80 מטר.

4.ב"כ העותרים הצהיר כי אם יש ברשותו ראיות לעניין האחרון הוא יעבירם למשיבים תוך 15 יום.

5.השלמת החקירה תבוצע תוך 120 יום.

6.בכך מסתיים הליך זה, ללא צו להוצאות.
