עניינה של העתירה שבפנינו הוא בבקשת העותרים להורות למדינת ישראל ליתן לעותרת מס' 1 (להלן: העותרת) הגנה מוחלטת ולהימנע משלילת "זכויותיהם האנושיות" של העותרים כבני-אדם באשר הם וכאזרחי מדינת ישראל בפרט.

דין העתירה להידחות על הסף.

העתירה, עם כל הצער על נסיבותיהם המתוארות של העותרים, אינה מעלה כל תשתית עובדתית ברורה, מנומקת ומפורטת, וממילא אינה מגלה עילה משפטית, המצדיקה התערבותו של בית-משפט זה.

אשר-על-כן, העתירה נדחית על הסף.
