פסק-דין

1.בעקבות חילופי דברים הושגה הסכמה כי העתירה תימחק תוך שלעותרת נשמרות כל טענותיה. עם זאת ולבקשת העותרת נקבע כי על המשיבות 6 ו-9 ליתן הודעה לעותרת לא יאוחר מ-20 ימים לפני הפרסום הראשון לגבי השלב הרביעי של השיווק.

2.רשמנו לפנינו את עמדת המשיבים 4-1, אשר אף המשיבות 6 ו-9 התחייבו לפעול על פיה, כי לא יוצב תנאי לפיו חובה על מתיישב להיות חבר באגודה השיתופית.

העתירה נמחקת איפוא בלא צו להוצאות.
