פסק-דין

העותר, המצוי במעצר מינהלי, מציע כי הוא ישוחרר ממעצרו על-מנת שיוכל לעזוב את האזור ולחזור למקום בו ישב קודם לכן במדינת אבו-דאבי. הוא מציע גם כי התחייבות זו שלו, לתקופה שתוסכם, תקבל תוקף של פסק-דין. המשיבים נענו להצעה ובלבד שיהיה מ דובר בהימנעות מכניסה לאיזור ולארץ לתקופה של שנתיים מהיום. לכך מסכים העותר.

בתום התקופה ישקלו המשיבים, לפי הענין והנסיבות, את חזרתו ארצה. העותר ישוחרר לצורך ביצוע יציאתו לחו"ל.
