It sells chosen cuts from leading cattle farms in Israel and Argentina, among them entrecôte, asado, the long-bone tomahawk it is named after, lamb spare ribs and veal osso buco, alongside chicken, goose, fish, cuts from its smokehouse, and gourmet goods such as wines, sauces, spices and spreads. Its site says the meat comes at several levels of kashrut, including mehadrin.
