HaSifria (Hebrew for "the library") is a restaurant and bar at 25 Yitzhak Nafcha Street in Beer Sheva's industrial zone, in the shopping centre its website calls Mivne and maps and directories call One Plaza. Its logo reads "Since 2010", and the company that holds its business licence, Forum HaSifria Ltd, was incorporated in March 2010. By its own account it began as a restaurant serving dishes from around the world at inviting prices, from 10 shekels up, and after ten successful years and the break the coronavirus forced on it, it updated itself into "HaSifria 2.0": the same place with a new concept, built around a burger section, starters to go with drinks and a meat menu, and rock, mainstream and pop music, which it calls the most important thing in the experience. It belongs to Beer Sheva's Kampai group, with Kampai, KEPASA, Koh Thai, Kampai Street Wok, Shifra and CHI-CHI, and the group's company, Kampai Ltd, owns its website. Foodis wrote in 2018 that all the group's restaurants, HaSifria among them, were led by chef Dror Shushan, whom Beer Sheva's tourism site calls the group's chef. The menu on its ordering page has about a dozen burgers, from the Classico at 69 shekels to a 30-day dry-aged burger and the BOOM!!!, with lamb bacon and a fried egg, at 85, a vegan Redefine Meat burger, crispy chicken, wings, salads, a schnitzel, fish and chips and a salmon fillet, and a children's menu called "Babysitter" for children up to 12. Its drinks list has alcoholic shakes named after fairy-tale characters such as Cinderella, Peter Pan and Snow White, cocktails and draught beer. mako's guide of September 2022 called it one of the most talked-about places in the city's night life, a bar that is also a full restaurant, with a very wide menu and a strong showing of burgers. Rest files it as a pub and bar, and its readers put it ninth among Beer Sheva's recommended restaurants. In January 2025 it hosted one of the finalists of the cooking show Game of Chefs for two evenings, as one of four Kampai group restaurants in the event, Channel 13's food site reported.

Its website gives 12:00 to 24:00 every day from Sunday to Saturday, and its schedule on Tabit, where it takes table bookings, also runs from 12:00 to midnight. Its Google listing, as Wanderlog and the copy in its Tabit record give it, and eat7 close at 23:00 every day, and Wolt takes delivery orders from it from 12:00 to 23:00 every day; those are delivery hours. Dapei Zahav's page for it gives Sunday to Thursday 07:30 to 19:30 and Friday 09:00 to 13:00.
