Kzir Hitim is a bakery and patisserie with two branches, this one on Jabotinsky Road in Bnei Brak and one on Bar Kochva Street in Petah Tikva. Every morning, by its own account, its bakers and confectioners knead, roll out and bake crisp breadsticks, rich cakes and warm pastries, and its patisserie makes colourful macarons, tarts and chocolates. It also prints edible sugar sheets for cakes. The Bnei Brak branch opens at five in the morning, stays open through Thursday night into Friday, and closes for Shabbat.
