Each three-room apartment has a living room, an equipped kitchen, a parents' bedroom and a children's room, and takes a couple or a family of up to four. Its site puts it three minutes' drive from the Sdot Yam and Caesarea beach, 2 km from the golf course and a few minutes' walk from the shopping centre. Breakfast can be served in the apartment for 110 shekels a person, a cot can be set up on request, dogs can come with phone approval, and Ziv speaks Hebrew, English and French.

Each apartment takes a couple or a family of up to four (two adults and young people up to 17), with two flat-screen televisions, free internet and cable, an espresso machine, towels and toiletries. Meat may not be cooked inside the apartments, only at the barbecue areas outside.
