Aresto is a kosher dairy restaurant in the Caesarea National Park, among the antiquities of the old port and looking out to the sea, and its kitchen is led by chef Hali Ben Naim, who its site says has run a high-end dairy kitchen for more than 13 years and trained at the Bishulim culinary school. The menu brings together starters and salads, fish from the local catch, focaccias and pizzas baked on stone in a wood-fired oven, and handmade pastas such as soft-cheese agnolotti or beetroot gnocchi, with breakfast until 12:00 (until 11:00 on Fridays). It was opened by the family behind Hatzalbanim in the same port. It hosts events of up to 150 guests inside and up to 200 on its terrace.
