Signature is a cocktail bar and chef's restaurant from the Avidan group, which runs bars around the centre of the country, among them the Concierge and Reception. Its site says every dish is the work of chef Avi Amar, in a room of careful modern design, and it singles out two of its cocktails: the Poker Face, of gin, berries, cucumber and ginger beer, and the Diamonds, of vodka, Japanese melon liqueur, lemon, passion fruit and pineapple. The menu runs from aubergine carpaccio and red tuna tartare to cloud gnocchi, a smash burger and beef fillet medallions. It opens every evening at 18:00, with a happy hour until 20:00.
