Cafe Zelik opened in 2004 at 3 Sheinkin Street, the first of its two branches; the second opened in Kiryat Ono in 2011. It is named after Yosef "Zelik" Fuchs, a dairy farmer at Moshav Talmei Menashe who believed in fresh, Israeli, varied food, and its site says it is still run by the family: his son Arie and his granddaughter Shira. Breakfast is served every day, from shakshukas and a Benedict on brioche to salads and sandwiches, followed by business lunches and an evening menu with desserts and alcohol. It is open every day, Saturday included, from 08:00 (08:30 on Saturday) until 23:00.
