Chef Doron Bar On's open kitchen among the fields of Moshav HaYogev, serving a farm brunch to the public on Fridays and private meals, events and cooking workshops by booking
Chef Doron Bar On, who grew up in the Jezreel Valley and has run catering companies, event gardens and restaurants since 1988, cooks here with his wife Anat, in an open kitchen with art on the walls, surrounded by a vegetable patch and an organic herb garden. The food is farm to table: vegetables, olive oil, cheeses, cream and milk, king oyster mushrooms and honey come from farmers around the valley, and the menus change with the seasons. On Fridays the kitchen opens to the public for breakfast and lunch, a farm brunch; the rest of the week it hosts private meals, business dinners, family events and cooking workshops. In January 2026 it served limited-edition brunches and dinners, with dishes such as beef bourguignon, trout confit and Kaiserschmarrn.
