22 Ben Gurion Boulevard, by City Hall, Herzliya

A wine bar beside Herzliya City Hall, opened in 2026, with dishes to share, wines from Israel and abroad, and a second floor of its own for private parties

Vin, which writes its name VIN, is a wine bar at 22 Ben Gurion Boulevard in the centre of Herzliya, on the plaza of City Hall beside the City Gate complex. It is new this year: Debbest included it in its list of Israel's new places in September 2026, and mako's Lin Levi called it the city centre's new and trendy wine bar later that month. Debbest wrote that its varied wine list was curated by sommelier Idan Dadon and its food menu created by chef Hai Gil Montesinos of Fish Royal in Rishon LeZion. By its own account it was born of a love of hospitality, wine and good food: its menu is built around dishes to share, beside wines from Israel and around the world, and people come for the atmosphere, starting with a glass of wine and staying for another, with good music. The menu runs from cloud bread with dips, pan con tomate and a cheese plate through red tuna sashimi, a fishermen's carpaccio and beef tartare on brioche to gnocchi cacio e pepe, a sirloin skewer, a double smash burger and sea bass on the plancha, at 19 to 88 shekels, with crêpe Suzette among the desserts. It opens every evening from 19:00 to midnight, Friday and Saturday included, and takes bookings through Ontopo. Upstairs, a second floor of its own takes private events of up to 30, with a menu made to order.
