A juice and natural-remedies shop in Mahane Yehuda market, founded by Uzi-Eli, the Etrog Man, on recipes from Yemenite medicine and the teaching of Maimonides.

The Etrog Man is the business of Uzi-Eli, the third generation of a family that made healing drinks, natural pharmacy and cosmetics, a path its site traces back to Yemen. For more than 20 years, the site says, he has worked from remedies and recipes based on the teaching of Maimonides and on old Yemenite medicine, and sold fresh juices from the fruit of the season beside extracts, herbal infusions and creams made from the etrog, the citron. Today the business is run by his extended family. The main shop is at 10 HaEgoz Street in Mahane Yehuda market; there are two more in Jerusalem, at 5 Ben Yehuda Street and in the Jewish Quarter of the Old City, and one in Tel Aviv's Carmel Market. Its website sells the juices, fruit trays, cleansing programmes and the natural care range for delivery.
