Biennale Pizza Arte is a pizzeria in the heart of Julis, in an old building that once housed the garage which serviced the first car to reach the village. ynet's food section reported in July 2019 that Saina Amer, a cook by trade, and her husband Ahmad restored the building, put in a large taboon and set tables decorated with mosaic in a small back courtyard, and that Saina bakes pizzas and pastries that change with her mood and the day's produce, among them calzones filled with asado cooked for eight hours in the taboon. In October 2021 ynet listed it among 20 hidden pizzerias worth knowing, naming a kebab pizza with taboon-roasted vegetables and sliced almonds, a seafood pizza with calamari and shrimp and a Biennale pizza with home-cured salmon, alongside starters, pasta, salads and breakfasts. The village site julis.co.il quotes its line about a love of people and a passion for food, and writes that its prices are more than reasonable.
