Stramboliano is a fast-food restaurant in Julis, and the village site julis.co.il lists every kind of pizza there and a large choice of sambusak and stromboli. ynet's food section reported in July 2019 that Raed and Lian Hassan set it up, that a stone taboon and a second stone oven turn out most of the food, and that Raed's mother bakes all the pastries every day from a dough that is thin and pliable yet crisp and soft. The same report described a menu that mixes Druze and Italian cooking: fattoush salad, sambusak with various fillings, among them a stromboliano filled with chicken, cheese and vegetables and one of veal and lamb, and the house pastry, a dough boat in a spicy red sauce filled with veal and parsley.
