The Superfood Truck stands in the ecological garden of Kibbutz Lotan, at the entrance to its organic garden, and works the garden's produce into its menu by the season, with superfood plants such as moringa and kale. It serves dairy, vegetarian and vegan food: a full breakfast, pizzas with toppings from the garden, salads, spreads, tortillas with stir-fried vegetables, children's dishes and desserts. Guests eat in the shaded, colourful Eco-Kef park, beside a playground built from earth and reused waste, or inside the Tea House, a building of its own; the kibbutz's site says the solar Tea House serves vegetarian dairy meals to groups who book ahead. Its kibbutz page suggests a meal there after the daily guided tour of the Eco-Kef at 9:30.
