Its owner writes that in his 50 years many people inspired him in the kitchen, beginning with his grandmother and his late mother Janet and going on to the navy ship he served on, and the menu is named for them: the Mondi burger, Israel's mother's sandwich, Elhanan's kebab, Arlette's meatballs, and Janet's stews and soups. It opens in the evening from Tuesday to Thursday and at midday on Friday, and also comes to events.
