Pundak Neot Semadar is the kibbutz's own inn at Shizafon Junction on Route 40, about 60 km north of Eilat on the road from Mitzpe Ramon, and the gateway to the kibbutz's art centre and winery. Its kitchen is vegetarian and mostly cooks with the kibbutz's own organic produce: lasagnas with goat cheese, vegan patties, salads, toasts, seasonal soups, cakes from its own pastry kitchen and goat-milk yoghurt ice cream; at weekends it serves a lighter menu, and on Thursdays home-made pizzas from the oven. Its farm shop sells Neot Semadar's organic wines, olive oil, olives, dates, goat cheeses and yoghurts, juices and natural cosmetics. Guests sit in an air-conditioned hall or outside under olive trees beside a small pond with frogs, and the inn takes orders online for pickup on the way. In 2025 UN Tourism named Neot Semadar one of its Best Tourism Villages.

The kitchen closes an hour before the inn does, except on Thursday. On Thursday its page says the inn stays open until 20:00 with pizzas from the oven, as do the hours it publishes for search engines and the regional council's tourism site, while the table of hours on the same page gives 17:00.
