A kosher deli and café in the Piano Center in Ir Yamim, with breakfast, home-cooked lunches and ready food to take home by day, and a tapas and wine bar in the evening

Happicerie is a kosher deli and café in the Piano Center compound in Ir Yamim, at 10 Shoshana Damari Street in south-west Netanya. Chef Aviv Moshe opened it as a deli in 2021, selling ready-made food to take home, as ynet and mako told it in 2022 and 2023. It has since changed hands: in April 2026 Netanya Net and Sport1 reported that it had reopened after a full refit under four partners, Tzach Mitrani and Ronen Daniel, reservists in the Egoz unit who had come through more than 400 days of reserve duty, the former Israel national team footballer Omri Ben Harush, who lives in Netanya, and chef Shon Bar David, who leads the kitchen (mako and Sport1 spell his surname Ben David). Its own story page describes a neighbourhood deli that opens the morning with fresh bagels, omelettes and fine cheeses, puts pots on the stove as the day goes on for people stopping by from work, and sells pantry goods, wines and cocktails alongside the food. The day runs from breakfast, with pastries baked on the spot, pancakes and avocado toast, through home-cooked lunches such as grilled chicken, moussaka and spaghetti, to a tapas bar with wine and cocktails in the evening, with dishes such as fish tartare and drum fillet, at tables laid with white cloths. The counter holds kosher food cooked each morning, and the shelves olive oils, vinegars, spreads, spices, jams, honey, fresh pasta, sauces and Israeli wines. Towards the weekend it sells couscous, lamb shank, Moroccan fish and whole salmon to take home, and its online shop delivers ready food across the Sharon and as far as Tel Aviv, Rehovot and Haifa; it also caters events and office meals. Israel Hayom's Ofir Rabinovich, who came as it was launching its new breakfast menu in May 2026, wrote that France had really come to Netanya and called the avocado toast at 58 shekels excellent for the price.

Sources disagree on these hours

Its website's contact page gives Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 22:00, and Friday and the eves of festivals 08:00 to 15:00. Netanya Net in April 2026 and Israel Hayom in May 2026 printed the same Friday hours and Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 23:00. None of them gives hours for Saturday. Orders from its online shop are delivered from Sunday to Thursday between 12:00 and 18:00 and on Friday between 10:00 and 14:30; those are delivery hours.
