A family-run kosher Uzbek restaurant on Sha'ar HaEmek Street in Netanya, with plov, lagman, manti and samsa made every day

Kazan Express, which many know simply as Kazan, is a family-run kosher Uzbek restaurant at 6 Sha'ar HaEmek Street. Its site lists traditional home-style dishes made every day: oshpelo, the Samarkand plov of spiced rice with carrot and meat, bakhsh, a rice dish with fresh herbs, lagman soup with handmade noodles, manti and dushpera dumplings, samsa baked with meat or with pumpkin, cheburek, and obi non bread from the tandoor. Food can be eaten there, ordered online for pickup or sent by delivery. The site, written in Hebrew, Russian, English and French, also plays the restaurant's own original music. It is open from 10:30 to 20:30 from Sunday to Thursday and from 10:00 to 15:00 on Friday, and closed on Saturday.
