An American-style barbecue and smokehouse in the Zarhin Street office compound in Ra'anana's industrial zone, open every day of the week.
Buckaroo cooks its cuts low and slow in a charcoal oven and smoker, over logs and coals at a low heat, some for as long as 72 hours, and pours Israeli boutique wines and imported premium spirits beside them. Its name, its site explains, is both a word for an American cowboy from California and a kind of cowboy saddle with a wide horn for tying the lasso. Its set piece is the heroes' feast, at which the grill chef brings up to eight cuts to the middle of the table to share. It hosts events in a space for 80, private rooms for 42 and 20 and a hall for 135, and it opens from noon every day, Saturday included.
