13 Moshe Levi Street, Neot Shamir, Ramla

A family bakery in the Neot Shamir neighbourhood, run by a father and daughter since 2022, with a taboon and a Yemeni stand on Fridays

My Bakery opened in 2022 in the heart of Neot Shamir, Ramla's new flagship neighbourhood, and is run by a father and daughter, Haim and Dana Masuri, by its own account. It bakes every day: cakes, cookies, special breads, sandwiches, toasts and salads you assemble yourself, and from its professional taboon Neapolitan pizza, handmade sambusak and focaccia. On Fridays it adds challahs, rolls for Shabbat, hot Turkish bourekas, frena and a Yemeni stand of saluf, lahoh, jachnun and kubaneh. It also makes platters for events, and invites customers in for a coffee.
