Hagarage is a burger restaurant and bar beside the Sonol filling station on Herzl Street, at the Rishonim junction, about 220 metres from HaRishonim railway station. It opened in late 2014 as a small American diner inside the filling station, as the local paper Hashikma told it in October 2019, a month before its fifth birthday, and its owners later opened a second branch at 24 Raoul Wallenberg Street in Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv; the two share one phone number and one menu. Its website says the design of the restaurants and the burger menu take their inspiration from famous mobsters: the 220-gram burgers, made from four beef mixes it makes itself, are called Soprano, Bugsy, Escobar and Al Capone, the flagship tops the Al Capone with emmental, lamb bacon and fried mac and cheese balls, and the smash burger is called Smash Crime. Around them come sandwiches, fried starters, a kilo of fries with three toppings, milkshakes, draft beer and what it calls corrupt specials. mako called it "the mythological burger joint" in 2022, wrote in 2024 of its eating contests and over-the-top specials, and in June 2025 put it among the 38 best burgers in Israel for its smash burgers served in a pool of sauce and its mac and cheese balls. That month Haaretz's Eitan Leshem revisited it in his column on places that became legends, under the headline "Hagarage: not kosher, but no bacon?". It opens every day at noon and closes at 01:30 from Sunday to Wednesday, at 03:00 on Thursday, at 04:00 on Friday and at 02:00 on Saturday, with a lunch deal on afternoons from Sunday to Friday and a night deal from 23:00. It delivers through Wolt and its own ordering page, and sends party packages of 15 to 25 burgers.

Its website gives one set of hours, above both branches: Sunday to Wednesday 12:00 to 01:30, Thursday to 03:00, Friday to 04:00 and Saturday to 02:00, and its Google listing, as the copy in its Tabit record and Wanderlog give it, has the same. One of the two weekly schedules in its Tabit record closes at 02:30 on Thursday and 03:30 on Friday. Wolt takes orders from it from 11:30 to 01:30, and until 02:15 from Thursday to Saturday; those are ordering hours. 2eat gives every day from 12:00 until the last customer, and its listing on d.co.il gives daytime hours that are not the restaurant's.
