ABBA Sandwich opened in 2019 with a family recipe and the aim of serving the Israeli food people grew up on in the style of an American fast-food chain, and its Rosh HaAyin restaurant is at 6 Zekharya Moshe Street in the town's shopping centre. By its own account it was the first to sell the pita crispy, a pita fried in breadcrumbs with fillings, which has been its signature since 2021. The menu runs from crispy schnitzel in challah with Moroccan matbucha to entrecôte burgers, a sloppy joe, kebab and a vegetarian challah, and the room plays Israeli music. It is open from 11:00 on weekdays, until midnight on Thursday and until 16:00 on Friday, and its site lists branches in Ramat Gan and Lod as well.
