A boutique winery and visitor centre in a 16th-century building in Old Safed, offering wine tastings with local cheeses.

Its website says the winery was founded in 2009 in the Kabbalists' quarter of Old Safed, in a 16th-century building that now serves as a visitor centre. The wine itself is made in a separate building in Kfar Shamai, with about 30,000 bottles a year, many exported. Visitors can book wine tastings with local cheeses, a basic wine workshop, or a private-chef meat dinner, and the site has a shop with delivery. It lists 11:00 to 17:00 Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 to 14:00 on Friday.
