Tzfat Distillery opened in 2019 in the heart of the Old City, and its site presents it as the home of Israeli spirits, wines and cultural treasures. Its shelves hold single malt whiskies, among them an oak cask and a Cabernet cask bottling, with gin, golden rum and aged arak from the Golan Heights Distillery, liqueurs of pistachio, berry, espresso and chocolate, and wines that include a Cabernet Sauvignon under the name Chateau Tzfat. A gallery in the same rooms shows work by local artists and Judaica. Tours are booked through its site, and the bottles are also sold in its online shop.
