11 Kikar HaNasi, Sderot

A kosher burger restaurant in the style of an American diner on Kikar HaNasi, which grinds and seasons its own meat.

HaPassage was opened in 2017 by Moti Cohen, who came to Sderot from Safed to study technological marketing and stayed. Its site says the burgers are made in house, from buying the raw meat through the grinding to a seasoning it keeps secret, and that the beef and the chicken are all its own production. The Wolt menu runs from classic burgers of 160 and 220 grams, lamb, merguez and entrecote burgers and two vegan ones to sandwiches, salads, children's dishes and desserts, and there is seating inside and outside. Soldiers get 10% off, and the restaurant sends deliveries to army bases every day. It is open Sunday to Wednesday from 11:45 to 23:00, on Thursday until 23:45, and again on Saturday night from about an hour after Shabbat ends.
