A craft beer bar and workshop room on Givon Square, opened by the team of the Schnitt brewery next door

Lauter is a bar and workshop room on Givon Square, started by the team of the Schnitt brewery right beside it. Its site says its large fridge holds more than 400 kinds of beer, with natural wines, ciders, mead, sake and small-batch spirits beside them, and that the way to find out what you like is to taste. With the drinks comes a pizza menu on dough that rises for 48 hours, a fixed list with changing specials, one of them vegan. It also runs in-depth workshops and tastings, and a members' club it calls the Foam Club.
