A café on Dizengoff Square built around food made on site and served with no wait, one of its two Tel Aviv branches

Buti is a café that, by its site, joins a European kitchen, an American pace and a Middle Eastern mentality: its founders set out to take the quality and look of the Parisian kitchen and the efficiency of New York's restaurants and mix them with the flavours they grew up on in Tel Aviv. Its formula is healthy food that looks good, made on site from high-quality ingredients and served with no waiting time. It also sends out hosting platters for events and offices: sandwiches, salads and vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts and fruit, sweets and pastries. The Dizengoff Square branch opens at 7:30 on weekdays and Friday and at 8:00 on Saturday; the second branch is in Sarona.
